Beef Chapli Kebab

Serving size: 20 kebabs


Ingredients:
4 lbs. of ground beef in a steel bowl,
chopped cilantro and mint, ginger, garlic, and green chili 
  • 4 lbs. ground beef
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 big green chilli
  • 2 table spoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 table spoons chopped mint leaves
  • 6 small cooking onions/3 large onions
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 50 grams of Shan Chapli Kebab Masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 table spoons bread crumbs
  • 2 table spoons dry methi

Directions:

add in all the ingredients together
Peel and wash the onions, and put them in a chopper to chop along with the green pepper.
After the onions and green pepper are chopped, squeeze the onions and green pepper and drain all the water out. Put the chopped onions and green pepper in the bowl with the ground beef.
Ground the green chili, garlic and ginger, and add to the bowl.
Add in the rest of the spices.
Mix everything with your hands.

With your hands, make 20 patties.










cooked and ready to serve (note: these ones are barbecued)


You can barbecue them or bake them in the oven at 360 Degrees Farenheit for 30-40 minutes, flipping them frequently.
