Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/2 lbs. veal stew
 - 1 whole garlic (peeled)
 - 7 small tomatoes (peeled)
OR 3-4 tablespoons crushed tomato 
Spices:
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon ginger (julien cut)
 - 2 and 1/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
 - 2 green chilies chopped
 
Directions:
In a medium sized pot, place the meat and the whole garlic, with three cups of water. Cook on medium heat with the lid on for 1 and 1/2 hour or until the meat is tender and almost all the water has dried. 
When the water has almost dried, add in 1/3 cup oil and all the spices. And stir.
When the tomato has dissolved and the oil has once again separated, add in the ginger and stir once.
A minute later, turn off the heat.

Add the cilantro and green chilies.
