Green Chutney


Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 1 green chili
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 lemon juice









Directions:

Take the cilantro and mint, wash them and remove the stems from the mint branches.

Put all the ingredients into a mixer blender, blend all the ingredients until it has become smooth.

Your yummy chutney is ready! Eat with samosas or any other finger food.

Note: you can add 2 tablespoons of this chutney to 2 cups of yogurt and mix it and enjoy with chicken palau or veal palau.
