Raita


Ingredients:
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
Spices:
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

Chop the onion, tomato, and green chili.

In a medium sized bowl add in the yogourt, spices, chopped onion, tomato, and green chili. Mix.









Your delicious raita is ready! Serve with palau or with meat dishes.
