Ingredients:
- 400 g small shell pasta
OR use any other pasta - 1 bunch broccoli
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 540 mL mixed beans
- 227 g mushrooms
- 350 g chicken breast
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground garlic
- 1 tablespoons freshly ground ginger
Spices:
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Put the pasta in a medium sized pot, fill with water and add in 1 teaspoon sea salt and 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Let it boil until the pasta becomes tender. Then turn off the heat and add in a cup of cold water. Drain the water, and put the cooked pasta aside.
Take the broccoli bunch, chop it and put in a pot with some oil and some water. Place the lid on the pot, and let it steam on medium-high heat. This will take 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, and set aside. Do this same process for the frozen mixed vegetables.
Open the can of beans, and drain out the water. Then wash the beans 1-2 times and set aside.
Take the chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces.
Then uncover the pan, and keep turning the chicken and let the water dry.
Once the water has dried, add in the beans, spices, and ground ginger, and mix.
Add in the broccoli, mixed vegetables, mushrooms. and quickly mix this.
Then add in the pasta and mix again, and turn off the heat.
Your delicious pasta is ready to be served!
