Fried Fish


Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds of fish fillet or fish with bone (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoon of ground garlic
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoon of Chapli Kebab Masala
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 4 table spoon of basin / graham flour

Directions:

Optional Step: 2-3 hours before marination, to minimize the fish 'smell', make a paste from 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt and 3 tablespoons of flour. Then cover all the fillets with this paste, and put in fridge. After 2-3 hours, gently wash the fillets and drain the water completely, and then marinate with the spices.

Add all the spices and ground garlic plus squeeze the lemon, mix gently each piece.

Let it marinate for 4 hours in fridge.

After 4 hours sprinkle Basin and cover each fillet. Heat up the oil in a deep frying pan, fry the fillets until they are golden brown.


Enjoy your fried fish! It is ready to serve with freshly baked naan, onion and tomato salad.
